About 

Following long-term studies in our laboratories in Germany, our company NANO4LIFE EUROPE L.P.® is proud to be the exclusive supplier worldwide of the new generation of Hybrid Nanotechnology 3 in 1, under the distinctive acronym CSC® (Clean-Shine-Coat®).

 

These products, when applied to a surface, have a triple effect:

Cleaning:

By using powerful nanotechnology cleaning components, the CSC® (Clean-Shine-Coat®) products rid the surface of all dirt, environmental pollutants and scuff marks, which cannot be removed with traditional methods.

Shining:

By using powerful gel coat components, the CSC® (Clean-Shine-Coat®) products cover scratches or other abrasions on the surface, while at the same time they restore its original shiny look.

Coating:

The CSC4-Carportect® uses nanoparticles of silicon dioxide (SiO2) and the latest nanotechnology SolGel. Due to its hydrophobic and oleophobic effect, it seals the protected surface area and reduces the adhesion of dirt particles, such as oily substances, lime, as well as environmental pollutants. This way, dirt like grease, salt, food cannot be absorbed or stay on the surface; it can be easily removed with just a little water – no need to rub the surface with any mechanical or chemical means.

 

At the same time, CSC4-Carportect® prevents discoloration and corrosion from UV radiation.

The coating is extremely strong; it is integrated into the cured area, blends well with the surface material, and allows for optimization of the protective function.

Application method:

Surface preparation:
       

1. Before using the product, clean the surface thoroughly with traditional methods and rinse with water.

 

2. The treatment of the target surface should be carried out under ambient conditions. Use only on surfaces at room temperature (between 10° C and 40° C).

 

Methods:


1. Apply generously with some clean paper, a linen or microfibre cloth in circular motion.

 

2. An application time of 15-20 minutes is recommended for optimum results.

 

3. Remove the white residue with a polishing machine. High speed and pressure on the surface is recommended. The polishing pad may need to be changed if full of residue.

 

This SiO2 coating is fully integrated and cured after 24 hours. The easy-to-clean effect can be tested for the first time after this curing phase.

CSC carprotect

Duration of Protection:

Product protection lasts up to 8 years, as long as the application of CSC4-Carprotect® conforms with the instructions.

Consumption:

1 litre of the product can cover up to 200m² - when applied by spray gun type HVLP - or approx. 100m² - when applied by hand spraying and wiping.
