All solid objects, including rim surfaces, have microscopic pores invisible to the human eye, where dirt can penetrate. Chemical detergents are regularly used to clean such items, but the problem is recurrent. Nano4-Rims® offers an ecological solution; its nanoparticles seal and protect the surface area, turning it impermeable to foreign particles.

Surface coating with Nano4-Rims® allows dirt and bacteria to be easily removed with little water or simply a cloth, it protects the environment by turning chemical detergents typically used for cleaning needless.

Nano4-Rims® contains UV inhibitors which protect surfaces from solar radiation and premature fading.

Application Method

Surface Preparation:

  • Before using the product, clean the glossy surface thoroughly in any traditional method and rinse with water.

  • Sprinkle Nano4-Preclean® over the rims (use sparingly) and rub well the surface with a cloth until the it is free from any chemical residues of common cleaning agents. Before the final coating, the surface must be dry, dust free, oil and grease free. CAUTION: Nano4-Preclean® is not a stain removal cleaner and should be used only on glossy surfaces.

  • The treatment of the target surface should be implemented under ambient conditions. Use only on surfaces at room temperature (between 10º C and 40º C)


Industrial Application:


Other Application Techniques:

  • Spray the surface with Nano4-Rims® on areas 30x30 cm. The liquid (use sparingly) must be rubbed on the surface with a cloth.

  • The curing process of Nano4-Rims® under ambient conditions takes a minimum of 60 minutes up to a full day. In the event of higher air humidity, longer curing time is needed.

Duration of Protection:

Product protection can last up to 8 years, provided that coating with Nano4-Rims® is done as per instructions. 


With 1 liter, you can cover up to 200m² when the product is applied by a spray gun type HVLP or approx. 100m² if applied by hand.
